Wonderful place to stay in the back of Nice! Perfect as a starting point for bike rides :) The apartment is perfect for 4-5 people and is very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need and everything was very clean Catherine was an extremely kind and helpful host! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

The location and view from the apartment is stunning. Natasha and Pete were very friendly and helpful and communication was easy, as they live above the apartment. We were fortunate to arrive the day before Le Bar-sur-Loup’s Orange Festival, so enjoyed being part of the town, the festivities and the local people. For a stay in such a location, with many things to do within easy reach, we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Thank you to Christiane and René for their very warm welcome and availability. I had a great stay in the well appointed studio, unfortunately the weather was not there to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll be back sometime!

I felt comfortable with the hosts right from the start. It's a beautiful property with a great pool and a small studio. Those who value convenience in the household and a kitchen will have difficulties here. By car, the area is very quick and very easy to reach. There are many beautiful places nearby and a supermarket, which is also easily accessible by car. Parking is available directly in the yard. The house is accessed via a small alley and has a remote control for the roller door. To switch off for a few days, I find the accommodation ideal. Highlight: Romy! A super cute and playful dog. It was a pleasure overall.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. The location is ideal in relation to various major cities (Nice, Cannes, Monaco) and the mountains. Furthermore, Patrick gives the necessary tips and useful descriptions for activities nearby. In addition, the pool is very clean to take a refreshing dip! Furthermore, the apartment has been quite refurbished with a new kitchen and cozy living room. In short, a great place to celebrate a vacation!

Very nice place, a bucolic setting to take your breath away when you get up in the morning you can see the sea in the back of the landscape and in the foreground Dolceaqua very very peaceful but a noise no neighbors not overlooked birds chirping in the morning the + the pool (even if it's a little cold you can swim there). hosts who are really very welcoming and accommodating always there if you need it if you have a problem very responsive and friendly. i highly recommend Marice's place for people who appreciate calm and want a "total disconnection" stunning 🤩

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Super friendly, open and connecting people. We camped in the garden and were allowed to use the whole house:-) In the evening, Jean Baptist invited us to join all campers for liquors, Very cozy! Super hospitable!

Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. You can tell he built this place with his heart and soul and loves each moment shared in his home. All the best Gilles!

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

Sophia's place is really great, I recommend it, great value for money. We came with the dog and there is a garden for him, it was very nice. Sophia is very responsive, she adapts completely to us so she is a perfect host on check-in and check-out times and on everything else. Indeed, we went to the Monts D'Azur nature reserve and it's a 5-minute drive, perfectly located for that. There is a great restaurant next to the Forest Inn. The lake is within walking distance from the accommodation 20 min walk, or 2 km away, it is super pleasant for walking and the trail is very nice. The accommodation is very well equipped, kitchen, sheet , towels and even a game console. The only small negative is that we hear the neighbors in the morning but it's not very disturbing. I want to thank Sophia for her beautiful welcome, her responsiveness and her adaptation to us throughout the stay, we will be back. Pauline and Florian

Excellent stay in this beautiful setting of quiet nature lulled by the nearby stream and close to shops and walking in the middle of nature with our dog. Very nice hosting by Sylvain and his wife, very attentive to our requests. A beautiful place that makes you want to come back to unwind.

Great place and great host. I am very grateful to Mary-Jane for a good meeting, for her attitude towards us and our doggie. The place was super clean, the rooms smelled nice. The bedroom had a very nice bed and bedding, we slept like small children. 10 out of 10
