Studio tout équipé situé au 1er étage, parking gratuit au pied de la résidence. Vous trouverez une banquette lit en 160*190 cm et également un lit superposé en 70*190cm. La cuisine est équipée avec lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, plaque induction, micro-onde et réfrigérateur. Nombreux rangements. La salle de bain est entièrement rénovée avec baignoire et sèche serviette. Toilette séparé. La loggia vous permet de profiter de l'extérieur avec vue sur les montagnes.

Studio with a view of the slopes, fully equipped and located at the La Colmiane ski resort. It sleeps 4 with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Linens and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. The toilet and the bathroom are separate. There are several storage spaces available at the entrance and in the living space. We have fully equipped the studio so that you do not miss anything. Free parking at the bottom of the building with disabled space.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

The apartment ,Ground garden of the cottage, is located in a residential area in absolute quiet with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.The Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live there and am therefore very available for guests.
