It's an excellent starting point for visiting the city. We are located on the urban-rural border, 12 minutes from downtown by vehicle. The train station is approximately 600 meters away, so we recommend coming by car. The cabin is equipped with the amenities of a modern home and features slow-burning heating, with firewood provided for the entire stay. Each guest must bring their own towels. Bright 27m2 cabin located on the patio of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, nearby there is a supermarket and a restaurant area. It is a 10-minute walk from La Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. 5 blocks away, the bus passes by to the coast (Niebla). Tourist accommodation: It is not rented monthly at any time of year.

We rent a kayak for 2 people and a Canadian canoe
