Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on Teja Island, steps away from Uach, Saval, Botanical Garden, museums, and a pub and restaurant. Steps from the Pedro de Valdivia bridge, Cau Cau and Cruces, 15 minutes from downtown on foot, the river fair, the waterfront and Casino, transportation to the door, minibuses and buses. 20 minutes to the Valdivian coast. It does not have parking, the location is safe and has free parking spaces in the building outside of it.
