Chácara Sossego is outstanding! All new and well cared for, the place is quiet and easy to access. The heated pool is delicious! Rosiane is very attentive and careful with the guests, she was super friendly and polite in all the conversations we had and did everything to have a great experience! Hope to be back soon!

Accommodation with a very quiet location, with excellent options for supermarkets and restaurants. Next to Ordinance 3 of Usiminas and DOAP. Andrea is very responsive and requests (even a bike she got it for me, rsrs). I definitely recommend it.

Great accommodation. Once again I was very well received by Thayron's parents. The house has everything the guest needs for a good stay. Very quiet neighborhood, with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, greengrocer and bakery nearby. The house is less than 2 km from downtown Timóteo. I recommend it to all future guests.
