New place available. We will be delighted to host you in our 58 m2 duplex with lots of charm. ideally located in a hamlet less than 5 minutes from all amenities. Porch of the TGV station. On the ground floor, a 25 m2 kitchen/dining room that opens onto a 100 m2 private garden with covered terrace. Upstairs, a bedroom with bathroom equipped with a hydro-massage shower cubicle. And a living room with exposed beams.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
