The 4-person apartment is quietly located, close to the Spandauer Forst, which makes the air extraordinarily good. It is incredibly spacious with two king size beds of 1.80 x 2.00 m and two self-contained shower rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. There are two large tables and a terrace. The apartment is located in the attic of a private house. A self-check-in is possible.

A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. Modern & bright loft-style apartment with office

The apartment only got built in 2017 and I furnished it completely new in 2021. It's a very bright and calm Vibe. Its a residential building and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The one bedroom has a 180*200m bed and the other room has a workspace including screen and a keyboard/mouse. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of towels.
