Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature within the forest and relax by listening to the river and the birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, campfire area, hot tub, barbecue area, outdoor dining room, TV room and internet. It is located just a 3 minute drive from Avandaro Main Street. You will need to go down several steps to get to the house. Not suitable for people with low mobility. There may be soil or dust in the outdoor area.

Está ubicada dentro de un condominio en el pueblo, con super mercados muy cercanos. La alberca y jardín es parte de las áreas comunes.
