La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Colonial House El Indiano. Casa Miguel

The house was built in 1912 by Mr. Alejandro Hidalgo y Romero, who made his fortune in Cuba. The building is an excellent example of the Modernist or Art Nouveau style of Las Palmas from the early 20th century. Our grandfather acquired the building in 1946, and it has been the family home ever since. We have tried to preserve the essence and flavor of the old days and combine it with new amenities. Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
