Located 3 minutes from Vals-les-Bains, a spa town, the accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, 1 mezzanine, 1 fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room, 1 large 60 m2 terrace with garden furniture, 1 parking space and private river access. Accommodation by the Besorgues River, you will enjoy country living. And for the adventurous, hiking, canyoning, climbing, mid-mountain lakes.

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Easy check-in since you park in front of the studio and have direct access to the keys, regardless of your arrival time. A clean and cozy studio awaits you, well arranged with Netflix, a kitchenette, a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom and in addition a garden.
