It is beautiful and in a peaceful neighborhood. The unit was clean and Sara was kind and helpful with the check-in. Definitely a place to go for next time.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment of Raffaello and Patricia. The location is simply fantastic right on the lake with incredible views, the apartment nicely decorated with everything you need. The welcome was very friendly, Raffaello showed us everything and gave us many helpful tips. The apartment was absolutely clean and well maintained, we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

The location is great, well located near the Lugano Stazione and a few minutes (down quite some stairs) to the Lugano Centro, so it's very well conected to the rest of the region. The place is very comfortable for two people, with a well equiped kitchen and the washing and drying machine comes really handy. I recommend it!

We felt comfortable in Nino's apartment from the 1st second. The view from the balcony and also from the dining table is breathtaking. The apartment/kitchen is small but equipped with everything you could need. There was also a basic supply of coffee, salt, oil etc. in the kitchen which we appreciated very much. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood very quiet. It is a good 15-minute (steep) walk to the Bähndli to Lugano - with a child not always quite convenient depending on it. The bus stop and also a small, well-equipped shop are about a 10-minute walk away. We would recommend the place to anyone.

Hosts were VERY responsive at any time of day. Space is great for two people, or for a family with older children. Unfortunately not very convenient for anyone with a lot of luggage or stroller. Too many stairs to climb up with all your things. We later discovered that we could take an elevator from the lower garage in the complex (located next to their swimming pool inside) and take the elevator to the second floor. Wish we knew about that option when we checked in- would’ve made our lives a lot easier( but there were still a few steps either way to have to lug all of your things up). But for anyone that is traveling light, this place is great for you. Located next to train station. Just be aware that it is up high, so you will be walking uphill and downhill to get to anything/ anywhere- which was very tough for us with all of our luggage and small child in stroller. All in all the space was pleasant and what we were looking for - aside for the issue with stairs and uphill from everyt

Simona and Tiziano are super friendly people, even when we arrived a little later for check-in, this was no problem. They took us to the place and even helped carry something. The cottage and the surroundings are just so beautiful and we felt very comfortable from the first day, away from civilization and the stress and noise of everyday life. Mega relaxation. The path from the car to the house (about 5 minutes) leads over hill and dale, so it is recommended to arrive with a backpack. I highly recommend this accommodation for those who like to go offline.

Great space for eight people, easy to walk to train station and easy bus to station(s) as well.

Very nice place! Spacious, two comfortable double beds in the two bedrooms. And the view from the roof terrace a dream!!! The colorful tiles in the kitchen and bathroom 😅 we have affectionately called the Rustico "Villa bunt";)

This property is immersed in nature and promises a glorious view and absolute tranquility. The hilly area is wonderful to explore on steep hiking trails. The rustico was clean and cozy, basic amenities are available. There is no refrigerator, but you can enjoy the luxury of a warm shower. There is light in the house, but I would recommend bringing a lantern for outside. Romina is very friendly and showed us everything, communication was straightforward. I'd love to come back.

Nico's place is an amazing, lovely house immersed in the green. The view is breathtaking, just out of this world. Everything works perfectly, spotless and functional amenities and cuisine. A true countryside experience, one step away from Lugano, Locarno e Bellinzona. Also, Nico's mom, Maya is a wonderful lady, always helpful, sweet and ready to make anything to accomodate you. We love this place and will always come back!

Great location, right on the lake above an osteria. Totally quiet in November. The apartment offers everything you need. And yet: there is a bathroom with (very small) bathtub (although no photo of it is published) .👍🏻

We had a great stay here and would be happy to return in the future.

Super nice location. We felt very comfortable right away. For our requirements, we are traveling with a small dog, it is a highly recommended accommodation with the small fenced garden.

Despite the beautiful photos in the listing, we were surprised by the space and beauty of the apartment as well as the magnificent view of the large glass windows on the lake and the city. We particularly liked the modern layout, all held in white, gray and a few red elements. The 2 modern bathrooms with spacious showers as well as large closets were built in behind the sliding doors, leaving a large blank space for the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped in a luxurious way. The location of the apartment is perfect: We were able to park in a reserved space in front of the building; 7 min. to go into town. Without a car we took the funicular at about 500m or the bus at 100m. We'd love to come back for a future stay.

Great location, clean, nice garden to linger and quiet. Could check in an hour earlier and use the underground parking space.

It was pleasant, but it was a bit cold and the window didn't close and maybe you could offer a little more things like snacks, hair dryer or what you just need in everyday life. So for 170.- you could just get more providers otherwise it was very nice.
