Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Apartment located in the Rododendro Residence, in the locality of Passo San Pellegrino, in the municipality of Moena (Tn), a pass that connects Falcade (Bl) to Moena. It is 1,918m above sea level, in a site with excellent snow cover, with downhill ski facilities 150 meters away and within walking distance, and the cross-country ski track just across the road. Great starting point for wonderful excursions. It is often used by my family as well, so we want it to be welcoming.

Located in a village a couple of kilometers from Falcade, my apartment is in Valt, a small village made up of old houses and old barns and surrounded by the peace of the woods. The recently renovated apartment is on the ground floor and in front of the windows only meadows, woods and mountains. The ANNA apartment is a cozy studio flat that can accommodate up to 4 people. Larger groups can rent the adjacent MARCO two-room apartment which sleeps 4.
