Monthly Rentals in Valley View

Nice and cosy small apartment in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. It had all the necessary amenities and the owner added a few extra treats. It's a little far from the centre but very close to public transport, once you figure out how it works it's quite easy to get around. There's a supermarket within walking distance and a shopping centre close by. The owner is nice and helpful and always available. I'll definitely stay there again, if I go back to Adelaide!

We loved our NYE stay! The house was very specious for the family of 5 and dog friendly. It’s situated at the end of the street with direct access to the park which made it very private and easy for quick walks with our dog. May was an amazing host, responding to the messages within minutes and giving us some great tips about what to see and how to get around which made the NYE trip to the city a breeze. Thank you May for the most amazing experience and we will definitely be back!

We stayed over 2 months in the old-style cottage and felt right at home. We loved to sit in the garden (front and back) watching the birds while having dinner or breakfast. It had everything we needed and cooking and washing up in the large, bright kitchen was fun. Car park on the property, shopping in walking distance, and public transport (busses) alike. Quiet neighbourhood.
