Bienvenue à toutes et à tous ! Ce lieu de vie, c'est bien plus qu'un simple appartement au pied des pistes pour nous. C'est notre petit coin de paradis où l'on se retrouve avec notre famille de voyageurs et avec nos amis depuis bientôt 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de vous y accueillir. C'est un petit coin de paradis pour être seul et pour retrouver ceux qu'on aime. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer les montagnes, les lacs, les rivières, et toute la magnifique nature environnante.

Newly finished modern ground floor suite in local family house with sunny patio/garden/bbq access on the uphill edge of the tiny quiet hameau of Ventelon. One bedroom with queen size bed and single bunk with additional single bed/sofa in living area (baby bed/high chair also available) with views to the high summits. Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking/oven. Perfect base for direct ski touring/hiking/paragliding access to the fabulous terrain on the sunny side of the valley.

The 202campanule is at the foot of the slopes, a 10-minute walk from the village center and has covered parking. In season, off season, in summer or winter, for a sports, family or relaxing stay, you will always find a good reason to come and stay at 202campanule.

Come and discover a completely renovated barn in the authentic style. Large 90 m2 apartment Harmoniously composed of a bedroom with its king size bed and adjoining shower room, a huge 55 m2 living room with its large 3.50 m high bay windows and large kitchen. Quiet accommodation along the Lutins track. It is a spacious apartment (45m2 for 4 people, 2 bedrooms) with terrace (6m2) facing west; Very nice view of Valloire and the mountains. A private parking space in the basement is reserved for you. This apartment is located less than 500 m (7 minutes walk) from the first shops. The village center is quickly accessible on foot while ensuring a very quiet environment. Linen provided, beds made on arrival.

2 rooms at the foot of the slopes

apartment at the foot of the slopes (green track that joins the Moulin Benjamin chairlift) and close to the equestrian center.. The east west exposure and you can enjoy the terrace. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave oven. A ski room is at your disposal , as well as a closed basement garage. Sheets , duvet covers are now provided. The tourist referral given by the prefecture for the apartment is 3 stars.
