Residence comprising inside (on the same floor as the studio) free access: swimming pool 42 steps away, sauna 18 steps away and fitness room 10 steps away! Bakery and sports shop accessible without leaving the residence. Access to Chamonix (Balme) trails and/or ski area is a 5-minute walk away. Train station 5 minutes away.
