Apartment in Il Bagolaro country house

This comfortable and cosy apartment is ideally situated to enjoy a relaxing break away from it all either alone or with the family. In the apartment there is a very large bedroom (king-size bed) with a lounge, a living area with kitchen fully equipped (toaster, microwave, moka, washing machine..) a sofa bed (160x200), TV, and in the loft upstairs there is an other single bed fo children. In the bathroom there is shower, bidet, water, sink, hairdryer, bathroom amenities). The bathroom is separated by a dressing. The garden is surrounded by woods and meadows and there is a tennis court and play area for children. The apartment has a wooden beamed ceiling and terracotta flooring, is elegantly furnished in rustic style and is equipped down to the smallest detail. It is ideal for short stays or for exhibitors at the Vicenza trade Fair Hiking and mountain-bike trails start from within the grounds of the property. HOW TO FIND US We are only 8km from the centre of Vicenza and 5km from the motorway and the Vicenza Fair. We can easily be reached by CAR: From the A4 take the exit Vicenza Ovest (West) and follow directions for S. Agostino, then follow directions for Arcugnano. by TRAIN: the Turin-Milan-Venice-Trieste Eurostar train stops at Vicenza by BUS: buses leave from Vicenza railway station every hour (the last one is at 7.00 pm) The natural beauty of the area combined with its location means you can visit some of Palladio's greatest works and travel to other fascinating heritage towns all within easy reach: Verona, Venice, Treviso, Asolo, Bassano del Grappa or the Dolomites.

The warmth of the wood stove creates a comfortable environment (the only source of heating in the room). Our beautiful country house is set on a quiet, majestic, and natural setting. Sitting on the top of the hill, it was part of the Counts Valmarana's house. It is conveniently located: 5 minutes driving from the highway and Vicenza Fair; 45 minutes from Venice; 30 minutes from Verona, and 10km from Downtown Vicenza. The house is plunged in 1000 m² lawn.
