Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Accommodation in a perfect location to quickly reach the main destinations such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno or the many wonderful Umbri villages. We had the most exceptional stay in Bracciano. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It is within walking distance of many attractions and the train station. David is a brilliant host who is very responsive, friendly and incredibly kind. David and Claudia made us feel at home and we appreciate everything about our stay. If I return to Bracciano, I hope to stay here again.

Very nice accommodation, on 2 levels, well maintained, cared for in every detail with taste and personality. Unfortunately, the stay was short, not being on vacation, so I could not enjoy all the amenities that the accommodation is equipped with. My wife and I, with a small dog, were greeted with punctuality and kindness directly by the host's father, who personally informed us about how to best use the services of the house. Very comfortable to have 2 bathrooms . Overall very satisfied. Recommended , especially for periods of at least a week. A few hundred meters away, you can reach the splendor of Porto San Giorgio, where you can walk for kilometers.

Angela's apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful building with olive trees park just outside the walls of Assisi. We especially appreciated the location, which allows you to reach the historic center of Assisi on foot, and the possibility of free parking in the park of the villa.

It was our first time in Perugia and the stay went great. Paola was very nice and approachable, welcoming us like daughters. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and equipped with all amenities. This place is amazing - way above a typical 5 star spot. Location is great - on the main walking-only street, close to the Fontana Luminosa which is one of the main taxi stands, shops, food, and everything convenient. Apartment feels new and very well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend to others, just book early or you'll get scooped on this awesome apartment.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures show. It feels brand new, super clean, comfortable and very modern. Centralized air-conditioning system. Mirabela always responded quickly and very kindly. Good place to park the car on the street, at least off-season. There are supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need in the area. The sea is very close and can be seen from the balcony. I loved the place. I would definitely go back. Thanks Mirabela!!!
