The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

A peaceful oasis with its small enclosed courtyard, terrace, reading corner, the very cozy side of its attic bedroom. Right in the middle of the city of Valréas, close to all shops. Restaurants, movie theaters, wine bars, bowling... Exact address: 5 Impasse Plan du Col and not cross. Maps doesn't know, taxes do...

Magnificent charming apartment of 85 sqm with a big terrace in the historical center of Avignon. With a beautiful view of the Popes' Palace, close to all areas of interest, it is ideal for 4 people. You will have 2 bedrooms (2 queensize beds), 2 bathrooms (shower, sink) and one separate WC, many amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine etc.) and also an elevator. Sheets and towels will be provided. Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm and check-out until 11am.

House Rules: The LOFT is not suitable for hosting more than 2 people. The following are strictly prohibited: parties, birthdays and family meals... No smoking, no burning candles and incense. Do not use the piano and pool table. Not suitable for children under 12 years old

Parking is available in front of the apartment. The property has no kitchen, but you have a breakfast area.

Look up at the sky during the day to observe vultures and at night to marvel at the splendor of the stars. On the 2nd floor, the rare and magnificent "Côté Terrasse" apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a beautiful south-facing terrace with a pool (4 m x 2 m x 70 cm) to relax and cool off after your visits.

The Studio (39 m2) is part of our renovated farm house surrounded by the vines of the cotes de rhone region, situated 10mins from the market town of Nyons noted for its olives & its olive oil; Comfortable walks or cycling or just relax by the pool/garden; POOL is open and heated from EASTER TILL BEGINNING OF OCTOBER EACH YEAR.
