Pretty stone house of 2 levels on vaulted cellars on the edge of the medieval village of Joannas in the protected perimeter of the castle. Exceptional location between Joannas Castle and Logères Castle in the Ardèche Mountains National Park. The house is located at the top of its private 1000m2 lot which gives it a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the Joannas pond where ducks lead a quiet life. Accommodation capacity up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Isolated without being outside the village ( between 1.5 km from a first village and 4.5 km from a second) in nature but with easy access it has the particularity of being located in an excessively peaceful but central area of which and within a radius of 5 km it is possible to find any local trade, restaurant, but relaxation activity, riverside walk, swimming, fishing, bike lane in nature etc...

Beautiful Studio in the heart of Old Vals

Located in the heart of the historic district, this comfortable and elegant 38m2 studio enjoys a shared garden within the gated property. A kitchen/dining area, living room with sofa, sleeping area (140 bed) . The thermal baths are a 15-minute walk away. It is possible to park for free a few meters away to unload your luggage and park your car for free on the banks of the Volane (very short with stairs but possibility to go through the street). Shops nearby.

Come and discover the Ardèche! This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. For 4 people, located in a pretty village with character 30 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc. Small outbuilding adjoining our house, the entrance is independent with a gate and small secure parking. The pool is shared with us (except in July when you will be alone and quiet :) we would be happy to welcome you!! Welcome to Ardèche
