Villa Andreja is a modern and elegant holiday home. This villa offers accommodation for 8 guests. When you enter the villa, there is a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. There is also a toilet with a washing machine and a dryer.On the first floor there are two other bedrooms and a terrace. In addition to deck chairs and a pool, there is a summer kitchen. The pool can also be heated for an extra charge.

Mirno naselje, u blizini park šume ( trim staza, bicikla), blizina centra 3.5 km, besplatan parking ispred samog objekta, besplatno korištenje interneta...Kuca se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe ( bračni krevet) svaka sa svojim kupatilom, unutarnje i vanjske kuhinje, dnevnog boravka sa kaučem na razvlačenje (bračni krevet), velikom natkrivenom terasom, ostavom sa mašinom za pranje rublja, te mali wc.

Villa udaljena 500 metara od plaže, pješačka udaljenost do restorana, barova, trgovine, pekare, teretane, crkve. Na raspolaganju vam je grijani bazen 12 metara dužine (grijanje uz doplatu) , prekrasan prostor sa 5 klimatiziranih spavaćih soba (jedna u prizemlju) i 4 kupatila, zabava uz ogroman 65" Tv i vanjski projektor sa TV boxom, trampolin, koš. Villa je pažljivo namještena , te je velika pažnja posvećena detaljima. Pogodna za osobe s teškoćama u kretanju .

New Villa Mateo with privat pool near to the beach

Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).
