A stone and wood house at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park in Arenas de San Pedro, 170 km from Madrid and 90 km from Ávila. In the heart of nature, ideal for enjoying tranquility and the environment. Ideal for couples and families who want to disconnect from the city and enjoy a unique environment. It consists of 3 rooms, two with a double bed and one with twin beds. Two full bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, garden with a saltwater pool and porch.

Come and enjoy one of the most wonderful places in Candeleda: La Vetonia. The estate has 2 houses, one where you will stay and the other, where my husband and I live with our pets (3 dogs, two of them mastiffs). Your house has 2 small bedrooms; one, with a double bed (1.35cm) and another with 2 single beds, a living room and a kitchenette. But the most wonderful thing is the environment. We are located at the foot of the Almanzor, south of Gredos.

A cozy, single-family urban house from 1900 with a wooden roof and a south-facing patio. It is restored with all new and modern furniture, internet connection, Wi-Fi and 55" smart-TV and Netflix. The most admired space in the house is the 23 square meter living room with built-in kitchen, decorated and illuminated in detail. The patio is decorated to enjoy a drink in good company. The house has a free garage 80 meters from the house.
