This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

New Clean Private Guesthouse

**Internet has been upgraded** Hey there! Our family, along with our two little adorable Yorkies, are living in this cute house, not too far from the heart of Los Angeles! Our house has a detached new unit at the backyard with a separate entrance. My brother and I are both professional workers, and mostly spend afternoons around the house. We live 2 stair flights below. Walk to restaurants, shops, SO Galleria. Beautiful views out every window. Quiet, safe, lovely neighborhood. Water is filtered and drinkable from the tap. You controls heat and air conditioning. Loft above living room, accessible for yoga or meditation.

Please take a moment to read all of our listing information. We cannot accommodate 3 adults. The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, or 2 adults and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. 1pm - 6pm check in. Meticulously cleaned and filled with amenities! Great location. Walking distance to eateries, bank, drug store, grocery. Universal is 7.5 miles away. Host is onsite.

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Private Mid century modern style decor with resort like bathroom fully re-modeled. Spaceous outdoor patio; great for doing yoga or just relaxing outside taking in the California weather. The area is booming, new Starbucks across the street, many office buildings near by and plenty of food options.
