More than pleasantly surprised by Victor's house. First of all, it is ideally located, 15 minutes from downtown Nancy, in a very nice neighborhood. As soon as you enter the house, you feel very good there. First of all, the quality of the house, with superb decor, flawless cleanliness, useful and practical amenities, rooms with beds and bedding where we are happy to fall asleep and where we sleep like babies. The living room is perfect, cozy, the kitchen is at the top with everything you need to have the meals of the day, the bathroom is perfect, well arranged, with a real shower and for those who stay a little longer washing machine and dryer. Tastefully renovated apartment, the two shower rooms are particularly appreciated. Located in the town center, on a busy street, the only small downside is the lack of a parking space, even if public parking is available 100 meters away, it is not the most convenient when you have errands to run.

Following a tragic death in the family we took the road to Paris in the evening and we imperatively had to find a place to stay.Monique was perfect to wait for us late at night to welcome us in a warm apartment. I recommend this beautiful place with a host at your entire disposal.

Cozy house with nice spaces, nice beds, good kitchen and lovely garden, bread machine around the corner is nice (Wednesday no bread!). Very nice shower.

Lovely stay here with private parking and secure compound for my dog who loved the courtyard. Felt right at home.

Stay 4 days at Émile's, everything went well, the house matches the description and everything you need. The location is excellent for exploring the great east, the local is really quiet and we were able to walk with our dog. i recommend it.

We stayed at this villa for two days during the Easter holiday, and we felt very comfortable and happy with our experience. We truly enjoyed the spaciousness of the place, which allowed us to relax and feel at ease. The antique furniture added a lovely, unique charm to the atmosphere — it really gave the villa a special character. The host was kind and welcoming, and everything we needed was already provided in the villa. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to return.

We had a great stay. Our hosts were very friendly, we were quiet, there were even chickens and sheep next door. The space was spacious, the two large bedrooms each had their sink, shower and toilet. In front of the entrance of the cottage, there is the swimming pool directly. Unfortunately given the weather, we couldn't use it but we were able to enjoy the hot tub, a great moment of relaxation!

The place is beautiful and the place has great potential but it lacks a little maintenance. The accommodation is suitable for a family but not for 3 people who meet for a professional week: we chose the accommodation to have two bedrooms but the room with the beds is through to access the bathroom and the "master" room. It would be important to note this in the description for clarity. However, we are very satisfied with the stay and the exceptional setting.

I sincerely thank my host for being so understanding and accommodating with my request. The guests of my wedding were really happy with their cottage and were very grateful to our host for being so available and attentive. We had a pleasant week in Nancy in Dorothée and François's beautiful apartment. Nice welcome with a lot of availability and full of small touches for us and our little cat Loustik that are really nice. The apartment is very nice, very clean and very functional, nothing missing... The outside overlooks a large terrace not overlooked, overlooking the canal. The place is very quiet and well placed to visit Nancy and walk or bike. The secure garage is also a real plus. Rental to recommend without hesitation. Christine and Eric

Very centrally located apartment, on the 5th floor without an elevator, so only something for physically fit people. Newly renovated, but a little dark for the long stay in. The windows close very well, so you hardly notice any of the sounds of the center. The apartment smells a little like cold smoke and is very clairaudient. But we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time.

The place was exactly what we were looking for! The fenced big yard was perfect for our dog running around. No stairs in the house so perfect for our toddlers running around. Everything was perfectly functional. And host was available to answer all our questions when we texted him. We will most probably rent this place again in the future!
