Beautiful refurbished cottage. Located in the heart of a 2-hectare park with a pond. Guests will benefit from a heated swimming pool (9 m x 4.5 m) with counter-current swimming. This typical Breton house consists on the ground floor of a 23 m² living room, very bright, facing west, with a sofa, open to a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet. We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
