Welcome to our fresh and modern apartment, perfect for those who want to experience the charm of the archipelago and want to be close to swimming. The apartment, which is part of the family's house, contributes to a personal and genuine accommodation. In the courtyard, there are goats and ponies to pet. Runmarö offers many experiences, for example, the acclaimed Stockholm archipelago trail runs over the island. A stone's throw from the accommodation, there is a nice rock pool with a small beach. The island is well worth visiting after the summer, autumn is lovely!

Decorated in timeless and luxurious materials such as Kvänum kitchen and appliances from Miele including wine fridge. Dining area for 12-14. Fireplace, 4 bedrooms of which one with a suite and 2 to wet areas of which 1 shower and 1 toilet. Located in Solvik on Nämdö and there is its own beach, well-stocked grocery store, restaurant and bakery. Waxholmsbolaget operates Solvik all year - 50 meters from the floor!

20 sqm apartment in scenic area, close to the sea and nature. You have a small patio to use , 3 minutes to swimming & sea. A lovely walk along the water or through the forest , the area also offers popular bike paths. A parking is included. Close to Gustavsberg where you will find a cafe, restaurants, shopping and activities. The apartment has a 160 double bed , dining group, kitchen, TV & a sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine. The apartment is adjacent to our residential building. You are warmly welcome to ask questions!

We rent out an apartment upstairs in our house built 2015. Rental period minimum 7 nights. The house is located in the archipelago nature on Värmdö about 20 km from Stockholm (motorway). Bus takes less than half an hour to central Stockholm, daytime 4 times/h. 700m to bus stop and 1200m to shopping center. Close to swimming and hiking areas. The apartment is more than 65 sqm, separated by a common entrance (see picture). Two bedrooms, four beds, cot available, living room and open plan kitchen. Toilet, shower and washing machine.

This apartment is perfect for those of you who want to get a cozy archipelago stay with all the luxurious amenities desired. The apartment was finished in summer 23 and is equipped with Mielek kitchen with wine fridge, a luxurious marble bathroom and brand new furniture. To the rental there is access to private beach with beach chairs. Laundry room and own water treatment plant available. Just 50 minutes by boat from Stavsnäs and 100 meters to the apartment from Solviks brygga. Grocery store and restaurant available at the island.

From Lervik's pier about 10 min. walking distance you can get further out into the archipelago or to Vaxholm alt. on into Stockholm. By car, you can reach Österåkers and Åkersberga golf club.

Family friendly apartment with plenty of space for 4 on Resarö, a peaceful island close to the beautiful town of Vaxholm, where you can catch a boat to many other islands or Stockholm centre. 2 minute drive to beach, access to forest walks, local shop, tennis court, cafe and public transport just minutes away. Shared outdoor deck with firepit. Vanoe or SUP hire is available on the island. Apartment is attached to, but completely separate from main house with own front door.

The apartment building has its own pier where you can swim or rent a boat for a trip in the archipelago. In Gustavsberg, four kilometers from the house, there are restaurants, grocery stores, and fun activities for the whole family. So it is just to pack your bags and travel to this wonderful apartment to relax and enjoy a fantastic stay in Stockholm.
