Modern villa in the idyllic Stockholm Archipelago!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, idyllic place to stay on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago, but close to Stockholm City (30 minutes by car). Swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (by car) or 10 minutes (by bus). From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine.

The social areas are spacious with the living room, kitchen, terass with barbeque/pizza oven and a spa/sauna house. 290 + 30 m2 house. The pool is open during maj-sept. No pets allowed. Unique location on a large plot by the sea with 2 houses, privat located in Stockholm archipelago. The houses are connected by wooden deck, all rooms with seaview and terracedoors. Large kitchen fully equipped, fridge/freezers, dishwasher, dining for 6-8 persons. 50 m to privat jetty. 4 bedrooms with privat entrance. Bathroom build 2025 with wc and shower. A small rowboat is included and you can rent a smaller motorboat. You can rent sheets and towels. 15 min. walk to ferry to Stockholm.
