An amazing terrace overlooking the sea and perfect for sunsets. High celing, light open space livingroom. A wonderful house, 40 sqm, facing south directly by the sea. The private simple natural beach is very suitable for children. A small kitchen with necessary facilities as dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with WC, shower. Outside do you also have access to a bbq grill and a rowing boat. There is no door to the sleeping areas, but they are separated. You can get here easily by car or by the public bus. Sheets / towels (250SEK/p) and cleaning (900SEK) can be rented.

(ca 60x60m) Nice and calm region in Norrnäs close to Rindö and Vaxholm; view on passing by ships. Groundfloor+attic=65sq.m, 5 sleeping places (+4 cots-200kr/person per night), porch 30sq.m. Only 40km from Stockholm Centre (bus goes 3-4times/day i both directions) Horse farm 4km. Hemmesta Centrum 10min with a car.

Kitchen; cooktop with induction, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezing compartment. Loft with double bed made of two spring mattresses. Not full headroom upstairs on loft. Living room with kitchen table +chairs and sofa bed. Rent our bikes and or canoe to explore Björnö Nature reserve and the archipelago. Two minutes walk to the closest beach.

Vår härliga sommarstuga på Värmdö ligger ca 100 meter från havet, med sandstrand för bad, brygga, grillplats och även fotbollsplan och lekplats. Huset är nybyggd och har en boyta på ca 25 kvadratmeter + loft. Du kan njuta av den oslagbara havsutsikten genom fönstret eller på den tillhörande stora altanen. Utkök finns på altanen som du får använda gratis för matlagning. Dusch finner du i bastutunnan (se bild). Du kan basta i vedeldad bastu för en extra avgift.

De luxe bathroom w shower, WC, zink and Heated floor. Large flat screen cable-TV. Fridge, Water boiler, Coffee Press, Cutlery, Glasses, Mugs etc. Please note: NO FULL Kitchen.. but a Chef Plus Microw/oven. Also, in season, an outdoor grill, seating chairs & a table.

A great beach property with amazing sea view, pool, a small private beach, with an amazing big sauna, and jetty, in the outer archipelago of Stockholm, 40 minutes from Stockholm city . Great retreat for a holiday or weekend getaway all times of the year.
