Sjöstuga med Brygga & Jacuzzi

Slappna av i detta unika och vackra boende med första parkett vid vattnet. Detta är så nära "lyxglamping" man kan komma med naturen och vattnet precis utanför. Njut av solnedgången vid bryggan eller ta en tur med roddbåten,2 kajaker eller 1 SUP. Jacuzzin använder ni när ni vill. Ni har eget badrum med egen ingång i det stora huset 25m från sjöstugan. Kolgrill om man vill grilla och glas/tallrikar och bestick finns. Vattenkokare och te/espressomaskin finns på rummet. En riktigt god frukost ingår

Here is a charming newly renovated cottage.

This cottage is located in Evlinge in Värmdö municipality and is close to the water with swimming area (approx. 2500 meter). A lot of nature is close at hand with great hiking opportunities. Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

SEA COTTAGES-2: "The Seaview Getaway"

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Get here in just 35 minutes by bus from Stockholm (Slussen) and a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Unpack and head out to discover forests with local hiking trails and sweet water lakes just minutes from the house. Or enjoy our free bikes, SUP boards and sea kayaks! Take boat trips and discover islands further out, easy to get to the harbour by bus. Golf courses 3 km away.

Mysigt litet hus, sjöutsikt och skogstomt, Värmdö

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. En cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago. This home offers a 100 sqm interior that includes a cozy fireplace and a roomy sauna. The house sits on a substantial 2,000 sqm plot surrounded by peaceful natural scenery and near the idyllic Älvsalaviken. The generous terrace areas, which spans over 150 sqm, provides a perfect setting for outdoor living. It's equipped with a sizeable gas grill. For leisure and play, there are several lawns, a trampoline and swings. Wood-fired hot tub available for a surcharge.
