A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad 500 kr/dag under er vistelse men meddela detta vid bokningen Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark.

Ta en paus och koppla av i denna fridfulla oas. Vi hyr ut vår stuga, vackert belägen på en höjd med en fantastisk utsikt över traktens skogar och magiska solnedgångar. Stugan har ett charmigt originalkök från 70-talet med allt du behöver för en avkopplande semester, samt ett vardagsrum med stora fönster som släpper in rikligt med ljus. För kyliga eller regniga dagar finns en eldstad. I närheten finns många vackra skogsstigar som leder till lokala stränder, perfekta för en promenad i naturen.

House by the Sea

Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Vi har ett fullt utrustat hem med en stor, solig altan. En kort promenad bort längs skogsstigar ligger två mysiga sjöar där du kan simma från maj till september. Ibland får vi besök av älgar och rådjur! Kom hem till oss för att varva ner och njuta av Stockholms skärgårds lugna puls. Vi har ett Bastu-tält placerat året om på altanen, njut!
