Enjoy the sunset at the dock or take a ride with the rowing boat,2 kayaks or 1 SUP. You use the jacuzzi whenever you want. You have your own bathroom with your own entrance in the big house 25 meters from the lake house. Charcoal grill if you want to grill and glasses/plates and cutlery are available. Kettle and tea/espresso machine available in room. A really good breakfast included

"Standards corner" - magical waterfront mini home

Are you a writer and want to lock yourself in an archipelago bubble? You've finished your search. This magical mini cottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago, and literally a stone's throw from the water. On the approximately 12 sqm there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, fridge, hot water and dining area for two. In the bedroom there is a single bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. A modern shower room is in the barn and shared with the other guest house. Each guest house has its own dry pass.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpse from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. A bike can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Specifically designed to suit the couple with active interests who want a romantic retreat on one hand, only about 30 minutes from Stockholm. This is paradise for real! Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma Canal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and tea sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple themselves sometimes recharge their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a cliff overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Private beach, jetty and wood fired sauna . The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small cabin (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). The deck has a lounge, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm, 10 minutes from a shopping centre.

Living room with kitchen table +chairs and sofa bed. Rent our bikes and or canoe to explore Björnö Nature reserve and the archipelago. Two minutes walk to the closest beach.
