Nice 26 m2 apartment, very bright with mountain corner on the 6th floor, 5 beds, balcony and stunning mountain views, not overlooked. Quiet residence with elevators. Ideally located 100 m from the slopes, ESF, package, restaurants and all shops in Vars les Claux. Point Show sector. L'EYSSINA residence. Swimming pool, rail sled, tree climbing, cinema and many other activities await you, summer and winter, in this magnificent resort in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes!!! BRB 😊

Our cottage is quietly located in a private garden. Its 30 m2 terrace will allow you to enjoy panoramic views. Free parking. We have taken special care with the amenities and decoration for a cocooning atmosphere. 5 minutes' walk from the center of Guillestre you will find: all shops, cinema, restaurants, supermarket. At the gates of Queyras, Vars, Risoul, and Embrunais, its geographical location will give you access to an unlimited playground in summer and winter.

Located in the heart of the charming village of Vars Sainte Catherine, in an old barn, totally renovated in 2020, the accommodation (165 m2) can accommodate 14 people as well as a bb (fixed child bed) A terraced balcony overlooks the valley and offers a magnificent 240° view from the Eyssina to the boxes. Access to the ski slopes is simple. A free shuttle will pick you up in front of the cottage to drop you off in 5 min at the first chairlift.

This family apartment is located on the slopes and close to all amenities in the Albane residence. Point Show side, this is the best location in the resort to enjoy skiing in winter or the mountains in summer. Fully equipped, it has all the necessary comforts including a ski room, private underground parking, access to the residence's heated pool. Terrace with unobstructed views of the slopes and forest, Wi-Fi and sheets included.
