We were a party of 3 families with 6 adults and 6 young children. We found that we had plenty of space and the house was a very pleasant place to be - very quiet with a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding mountains. The house was very child friendly with a basement full of toys which the children enjoyed very much. The host gave us excellent recommendations for things to see in the surrounding area and we found the house to be a great base for exploring the Western Peloponnese!

House was awesome. Very comfortable with amazing views and balconies. Rooftop was spectacular with sea views. Great location right next to both the beach and the central square of Kyparissia. Shopping, restaurants, nightlife just a few minutes away by foot. The host Bess was amazing.

An amazing, isolated chalet with breathtaking view. Thanasis was the ideal host having organized everything to the last detail. Although we had scheduled things to do and places to visit, we didn't want to leave the place. We will definitely come back.

A home near the nature and the sea

The village of Λεβεντοχώρι is absolutely charming and beautiful, and the people who live there are welcoming and hospitable. Antreas and his wife treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They guided us to their home from the local taverna, they provided breakfast every day, had plenty of supplies in the kitchen, and their home was very comfortable. With ocean views, beautiful olive trees, and plenty of animals roaming the property, it felt like a truly immersive village experience. I have family in the village, and when I told Antreas that we were in town to visit them, he was overjoyed! He knew them of course, and it felt like this connection made our stay there even more special. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place to stay, and I will surely come back one day with my family. The sun, the ocean, the fresh delicious food, and most importantly - the people of the village made this trip something special for all of us.

We had an amazing 3 week stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and flexible throughout our trip, always ready to help and provide wonderful recommendations for local spots. The location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to the port with ferries to Kefalonia and Zakynthos, which made exploring the islands so convenient. We arrived late at night, and they went above and beyond to ensure we got in smoothly. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the area! Thank you for letting us stay at your place!!

4 Bedroom Beachfront Cottage, Magic Sunsets!

The location is awesome. Directly at the sea. Usually we were the only ones at the whole beach (end of October). The house is very nice, clean and spaceous. The beds are quite hard, but that is the only small disadvantage we experienced. We (including our three kids) loved the place so much that we will definitivly come back, when we are in Greece again.

We spend an excellent week at Villa Kitrini. Heidi and Patrick the owners are very nice hosts and the communication was very smooth. The villa offers all the equipement necessary and has a splendid view on the olive trees and the sea. The pool was also very much appreciated. For us, Villa Kitrini was a very good base to discover all the beautiful places and activities the region has to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved exploring Kyparissia and the surrounding areas. The house was very tranquil and restful whilst also being perfect to spend time with family and friends.
