The guest house "Gittes guesthouse" is located in Häggvik, in the heart of the High Coast. The small house is a stone's throw to the jetty and about 150 meters to the marina. On the front, there is a small balcony in a sunny location. In the house, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Basic kitchen equipment is available. TV is available with access to Telia's "big package." A Chromecast is also available for those who want to stream from their mobile. WiFi included.

There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is open all year round. This is included in the rent, so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja bathing area, which takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. The cabin is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a stove, a shower and a composting toilet, as well as a nice outdoor toilet. Sea views both from the deck and the sofa in the living room, enjoy an incredible sunset sitting out late at night. Walking distance to nice sandy beach for swimming and barbecue. Relax and unwind without Wi-Fi and TV channels.

The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grill and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
