The wood-fired sauna warms well and there is also a sitting tub and battery-powered shower. On the porch, you can hear the water from the pond and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for a coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Fishing summer and winter time, skiing and cycling are around the corner. Good as a base for both winter and summer excursions. If you don't just want to enjoy the tranquility and the nice view. Nice patio with large lawn available in the back. The tribal estate is on the same farm. Cats have been in the home.

Our farm is located on an island 9 km east of Örnsköldsvik, which forms the northern part of the High Coast. Directly adjacent to the house there is a nice garden, a large greenhouse and many patios, all overlooking the sea or meadows. 100 meters from the house, there is a nice secluded beach with cliffs and a jetty in the best evening sun position.
