Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish seaside retreat. Access to the jacuzzi. The house is located on Norra Hemsön by the Höga kusten. Close proximity to swimming. 4.70 m boat with engine for sea fishing for rent Normally good access to mushrooms and berries. Northern lights are often seen at night. Moose and small game are often seen around the property. POSSIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN MOOSE HUNTING. 12 km to golf course. 8 km to Hemsö Fortress with summer restaurant. Sweden's largest car museum is in Härnösand, 30 km 3 days is the minimum booking time

House in the High Coast

High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and grounds to yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the Lay Z Spa terrace that can be heated up to 40 degrees. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, the walk takes about 5-10 minutes. Bedlinen and towels are included. Includes at least 10 coffee capsules per day for the coffee machine. Final cleaning is included. If you have any questions, I'd love to hear it. Warm welcome!

Norrfällsviken is a 350-year-old fishing village in Höga Kusten. Sjöboden is located in the middle of the fishing village, with walking distance to Restaurant Fiskarfänget, Compassen Pizzeria, Norrfällsviken Hotel & Conference, Norrfällsviken Golf Club, camping with a small grocery store, museum and many walking and hiking trails. Proximity to excursion destinations Högbonden's lighthouse, Mannaminne, Skuleskogen, boat trips to Ulvön, etc. End the days with a relaxing swim in the sea directly from the jetty or temp hot tub (June-Aug)

Exclusive villa by the sea in Höga Kusten

Welcome to this newly built house in Örnsköldsvik, the heart of the High Coast. Here you can enjoy the forest in front of the house or the sea behind. Nice bike paths nearby and a sea bath for the public a few hundred meters away as well as a jetty during the summer in close proximity to the house, 2 SUPs and 2 bikes are available as well as an inflatable kayak and pool (May-September). Inflatable extra beds are available. The house has 2 double beds as well as a bed that is 140 cm wide. 2 living rooms and spacious surfaces.

Newly built house. By the lake. Amazing views. Hot tub.

Welcome to a new fresh accommodation 5 meters from the lake. Relax and enjoy some luxury and fresh air. Double bed at the loft and bed bed 140 cm in basement level. Please keep in mind that the house has an open floor plan between all levels which makes privacy a bit limited. Here you come in the first place to relax and rest up. But if you want to do things, there are many options! Winter is usually very snowy. Hassela Ski Resort is close by car, about 15 minutes. The hot tub closed under -15gr.

Log Cabin from 1820s with wood-heated sauna

Romantic and charming log cabin with wood heated sauna, beautiful walking paths and close to both lake and ski resort. This well-equipped cottage combines the old-time charm with "modern" comfort as wi-fi, hot tube, washing machine, sauna, shower and modern wc. It is a peaceful and party place in one, we even got some disco lights for you to create your own club night. The cabin dates from the 1800s but has been carefully adapted to modern standards while maintaining the charm. LGBTQ+ friendly

Berghamnstorp - a unique fishermans cottage with a seaview over the Berghamn bay. You have an outdoor hot tub with sauna and relax. The house has a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and a cosy living room. Berghamn is a pearl because of the beutiful landscape, the old little fishing harbour, the fishermans chappel from 1750, but above all, the seclusion. In the bay you will find a great sand beach with a shallow sea. The place offers a magnificent view over the Bottnia sea.
