High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You have the whole house and plot to yourself. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is open all year round. This is included in the rent, so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja bathing area, which takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. Welcome to a new, fresh accommodation 5 meters from the lake. Relax and enjoy some luxury and fresh air. Double bed in the loft and sofa bed 140 cm in the basement. Keep in mind that the house has an open floor plan between all floors, which makes privacy a little limited. You come here primarily to relax and rest. But if you want to do things, there are many options! Winter is usually very snowy. Hassela Ski Resort is close by car, about 15 minutes away. The hot tub is closed when the temperature is below -15 degrees.
