Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique accommodation lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Toaster, hot plate and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and a towel

Cook on a wood-burning stove or conveniently in a mini oven/microwave. Sip coffee by the pond, paddle a kayak on the water, or keep an eye out for the northern lights. A magical place to simply be.

In the absolute heart of the World Heritage High Coast is this picturesque and newly refurbished accommodation. The cottage is located in the middle of Nordingråvallen, right next to ICA and a pizzeria. Bowling alley with gym and playground for the kids is a short walk away. The location is optimal for excursions throughout the World Heritage. The nice World Heritage Trail starts right at the property. Skuleberget is 30 minutes away by car and Mannaminne a few kilometers by bike along beautiful Vågsfjärden.

Sjöstugan

Sjöstugan is suitable both for those who are passing through (7 minutes from E4) or if you can stay for a few days. Swim from jetty or beach. Free access to eka, kayak, bikes and grill (bring charcoal). Double bed, bunk bed and sofa bed. Want a baby-bed and high chair? Incinerating toilet, secluded shower cabin on the terrace. Feel free to rent bed linen and towels, a washing machine, a wood-fired sauna or electric car charging. We can usually offer breakfast. Cleaning is included in the rental rate.

Relax in this peaceful accommodation in a rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields in Berga village. Within a few kilometers there is the sea, Bergafjärden's beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The town of Njurunda with shops and transportation (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.

Cabin by the sea

Cabin (about 55 sqm) on the host's property. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. 50 meters to the sea and nice beach. It is possible to use a charging station for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can be a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cabin.
