High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You have the whole house and plot to yourself. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is open all year round. This is included in the rent, so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja bathing area, which takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. This unique accommodation lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Toaster, hot plate and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and a towel

Perfect if you want to experience nature but still be centrally located in Sollefteå. The house is on two floors where the bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen and living room are downstairs.
