It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. Many guests experience it as a small, secret corner of relaxation in the heart of the Flaminio district. The space is compact, independent and designed for two people, far from the chaos of the historic centre but well connected. The modern design and cosy atmosphere make it more like a small contemporary studio than a traditional flat.

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

The room includes a king-sized bed and a shared bathroom. A flat-screen television and a mini fridge are provided in the room. Room 202 has a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The room is equipped with an air-conditioner and a ceiling fan.

Our rooms have a private bathroom, lockable doors and comfortable beds with all the necessary linens. In addition, fresh bottled water purchased in the supermarket is always available in the fridge in the room, naturally offered by Paolo.
