Best area in town. Calm, safe while 2 mins walk from supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and underground. 5 mins walk from the hospital. Parc 3 mins away. Bus n.3 to the train station and plenty of bus stops connecting all Geneva. Our studio will be your home! It is composed of a separate entrance and kitchen, it also has a furnished balcony! Parking au disc dans la rue (toujours de la place) ou 15CHF la journée; sinon place de parking couvert possible (environ 20CHF/jour selon durée du séjour et disponibilités). Entière appartment situé à 10 minutes en bus du centre de Lausanne et à 5 minute de l'autoroute pour toutes les directions. Pour ceux qui aiment la nature en proximité il y le lac souvablin où vous pourrez vous promener dans la nature, il y a du parching in proximitè pour le voitures. L'appartement est complet avec touts les conforts de base d'une maison, bienvenue! PAS DES FUMEURS merci.
