Renovated old barn with noble materials including a bedroom for two, a small bedroom with a bed 110 cm wide, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a living room with equipped kitchen and a terrace. You access it through a cul-de-sac. you will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The entrance is at the back of the cul-de-sac to the right. Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.

Located in the center of the village, the baker's house, furnished tourist accommodation ****, is a place steeped in history. Restored with the Fondation du Patrimoine label and tastefully furnished, the old bakery of the village has become a beautiful house where we like to meet with family or friends. Linens are optional as well as end-of-stay cleaning. The Conciergerie Les Prés Damoiseau accompanies you during your stay.
