Spacious and welcoming accommodation with generous social spaces, fireplaces, and lots of character. All surfaces on the entrance and upper floors, about 260 square meters, are newly renovated 2020-2023. Lush, raised garden with patios and unique garden house. Private parking lot with possibility to charge electric car. Centrally located with 100 meters to the nearest bus stop where you can easily get to Stockholm city. 7 minutes walk to Lidingö center with grocery stores, clothing stores, Systembolag liquor store and restaurants.

Newly built villa in idyllic Stockholm Archipelago!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful idyllic accommodation on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago but close to Stockholm City (30 minutes by car). A swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get into Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (car) or 10 minutes (bus). From here you can explore the Stockholm archipelago with all its amazing islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you can imagine.

Peaceful, newly built house of 240 sqm with great views of the sea as well as decorated to really cozy up and hang out in. Large living room, kitchen and dining room in one (about 90 sqm), two more living rooms (one with TV, a craft room). Four bedrooms, one of which is also office. Three bathrooms. Large terrace with many seating areas and hot tub. Blueberry rice and forest in the back and lovely sea views from the front. 150m to swimming, 500m to play/swimming area, 15 km to Vaxholm, 30 km to central Stockholm.

Spacious house, built in 1936, with 9 rooms for socializing both outside and inside with a playroom, several TV rooms and different places for meals. Cozy guest house with sun deck close to the sea

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.
