A 20 min walk will take you to Riset where you can catch ferries that take you to downtown Stockholm, or if you prefer to drive you will reach the city in 25 min.

Mysigt gästhus med soldäck nära till havet

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

Koppla av med familj och vänner i detta mysiga boende som ligger i hjärtat av Hersby. Huset ligger i en lugn återvändsgränd 2 minuters promenad från Lidingö Centrum. Rymligt hus, byggt 1936, med 9 rum för socialt umgänge både ute och inne med bla lekrum, flera tv-rum och olika platser för måltider. Fin solig tomt från morgon till kväll, perfekt för lek, bad och grillkvällar. 10 min med bil kommer ni till Stockholms innerstad för shopping eller härliga badområden med mysiga caféer på Lidingö.

The social areas are spacious with the living room, kitchen, terass with barbeque/pizza oven and a spa/sauna house. 290 + 30 m2 house. The pool is open during maj-sept. No pets allowed. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla idylliska boende på Resarö i Stockholms skärgård men nära till Stockholm City (30 min med bil). Badplats och matbutik finns på gångavstånd. Man tar sig in till Vaxholm (skärgårdens huvudstad) på 5 min (bil) eller 10 min (buss). Härifrån kan ni med båt utforska Stockholms skärgård med alla dess fantastiska öar ena dagen och nästa utforska Stockholm city med alla dess sevärdigheter. Huset byggdes 2022 och har alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig.

Fridfullt, nybyggt hus på 240 kvm med fantastisk utsikt över havet samt inrett för att verkligen kunna mysa och umgås i. Stort vardagsrum, kök och matsal i ett (ca 90 kvm), två vardagsrum till (ett med TV, ett pysselrum). Fyra sovrum, varav ett också är kontor. Tre badrum. Stor altan med många sittgrupper och bubbelbad. Blåbärsris och skog på baksidan och härlig havsutsikt från framsidan. 150m till bad, 500m till lek/badplats, 15 km till Vaxholm, 3 mil till centrala Stockholm.
