Furnished one-bedroom apartment of 20 m2 overlooking Växjösjön and only 5 minutes walk to Centrum and the station. Cycling to the University takes no more than 10 minutes and to the hospital on the other side of the lake only 5 minutes. The apartment is bright with parquet floors, has fully equipped kitchenette, private toilet and shower directly adjacent to the apartment. Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Växjösjön. You can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, a swim, or restaurant visit.

Cabin Björkdalen

Newly renovated cottage of about 25 well-planned square meters on a scenic plot close to the water, nice nature and fun activities. See more in Gustaf guidebook in terms of surroundings and activities. The cottage is suitable for max two adults and two younger children, there are two 90x200cm beds as well as one 135x180. The cottage renovated in 2024 with new floors in the bedrooms, repainted and new closet. New gaps in the kitchen, new stove and fan, a smaller combined convection oven/airfryer and washing machine. New WC and basin.

Close to Åsnen, its national park and free nature

With the lake Åsnen at sight, open fields around it and the forest behind, this place can offer all the best of Swedish countryside. The cottage is across the courtyard to the main house. Your entrance is facing mine, but outside the backdoor you´ll find all the space you need to be on your own. Nice beaches on convenient distance and within a radius of 10 km you will find cosy cafés, farmers shops and much more. And not to forget: Åsnen National Park, of which I´m certified as a collaborator.

Torahults idyll

Stugan är belägen i de småländska skogarna långt ifrån stress och med naturen precis utanför knuten. Man bor avskilt så inga grannar eller förbipasserade kan se stugan. Här kan man vistas helt ostört. Stugan ligger Ca 7 km från Linneryd där det finns både bensinstation och en livsmedelsbutik. Där finns även en camping och badplats sommartid. Samt restaurang i Korrö. Ca 14 km från Tingsryd där det finns ett större utbud av affärer, tränings/badanläggning, apotek med mera.

Enjoy the silence in the countryside of Småland. Go fishing, take a sun bath ont he bridge or the patio, have a hot sauna and cool down in the lake. Spend the evening with barbecue and a glass of wine. The boat is in the lake May to September, or on demand. Electric boat engine is possible to rent. Good opportunity for working from home. A unique living next to Lake Åsnen. Just a couple of hundred meters north of the national park. Only 150 m to harbor and swimming area. Sponge and berries are picked in the forest that surrounds the village. In Åsnen, you fish to go, pike, and perch
