Spacious and light holiday house w. pool and sauna

Spacious and light holiday house with free standing pool and sauna 125 sq.m. . We offer kitchen-dining area, , fireplace, a great terrace and a big garden and annex. The house is 1 km from the beach and grocery shopping. The main room has high ceiling and, the style is clean and modern. There are 3 bedrooms and an annex with two single beds, (annex have electric heater) The house is ideal for a bigger or 2 families. No young groups for parties/festival). Sauna will be charged for electric use.

Bo på gård i Skåne - Villa Mandelgren

Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Welcome to the fantastic Vejby Strand, which is properly one of the most extraordinary areas for summer residences in Denmark. This house offer you 100 sqm + 12 sqm annex. The yard offers you everything for the children (and the playful adults), with trampolines, playhouses and soccer goals. The house is recently renovated and the kitchen is from 2018. You can enjoy a cold beer on the large terrace and pick lots of berries in the garden most of the summer. The house is 700 meters from the beach

Nyrenoveret sommerhus tæt på skov og strand

Charmerende sommerhus med fantastisk stemning inde og ude. Skønt og meget fredeligt beliggende, som det sidste hus for enden af lille grusvej i den gamle del af Rågeleje. Fra sommerhuset er der 200 meter til skoven og 800 meter til stranden. Grunden er total uforstyrret med en smuk ældre beplantning. Huset er totalrenoveret i år og fremstår meget indbydende med loft til kip og udgang til stor syd-vestvendt træterrasse. Huset rummer tillige 3 gode soveværelser og fuldstændig nyt badeværelse.

Helt nyt hyggeligt sommerhus!

Idyllisk sommerhus i Rågeleje i Nordsjælland. Det er et helt nyt sommerhus med tre soveværelser, som kan rumme 6 mennesker og har bl.a. TV, fiberinternet, stor solrig terrasse. Der er alt hvad man skal bruge til at hygge med familien. Du vil bo side om side med fugle, egern, rådyr og m.m. Stranden ligger ca. 15 min væk (gåtur), hvor man kan en opleve fantastisk solnedgang. Der er god mulighed for at besøge de små hyggelige butikker i Gilleleje, Tisvilde, Liseleje og Hornbæk.

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Super charmerende fritidshus i kort gåafstand til god badestrand. Skønt stråtækt fritidshus højt beliggende på stor solrig grund. Der er terrasser hele vejen omkring huset, hvorfra solen kan nydes på alle tider af dagen. Boligen fremtræder i den klassiske charmerende sommerhus stemning med masser af hyggekroge og med lyse opholdsrum. Fra køkken/alrum er der direkte udgang til terrassen og den skønne have. Den lokale købmand er i kort gåafstand fra ejendommen.

Nybygget sommerhus i stilfuldt skandinavisk design med kun et par minutters gang til stranden. Stor dejlig flise terrasse med stort spisebord, grill, loungemøbler, elopvarmet spabad og udendørsbruser. Dejlig stor stue med åben til kip. Huset har 3 soveværelser, alkove samt en stor hems med dobbeltseng. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med ovn, opvaskemaskine, køleskab, vinkøleskab og kaffemaskine. Der er også vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.
