Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The dining house

This is where you will be staying. A lovely first floor with two sunny rooms and a large living room with a wood-burning stove. There is free access to the south-facing courtyard with outdoor kitchen, only 100 meters to the dunes and the beautiful Liseleje beach. The basement is for private use, where I live. Access to sauna with a view directly into the garden. There is a two-minute walk to the grocery store and bakery, basketball court or the unique playground Havtyren. Take a tour of the Troll Forest, enjoy the heath or North Zealand's best mountain bike trails.

Apartment in the countryside

Cozy holiday apartment in quiet surroundings on our four-winged country estate, just outside Smidstrup Strand in Gilleleje. Cozy all-room with living room/kitchen, as well as stairs to bedroom on the 1st floor. The stairs are steep, and the apartment is therefore not suitable for children. In the courtyard, there is some space for you, so you can also enjoy the outdoor environment here. NOTE! On weekdays, there may be some activity on the property due to bricklaying, when employees arrive, goods deliveries, etc. Motorcycles, welcome!

Large newly renovated guest house a five-minute walk from a lovely beach. Located in the middle of the port towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, both of which offer beautiful nature, business environment and dining. The house is located close to public transport and grocery store. The home was completely renovated in 2023 and consists of a living room with a wood-burning stove, kitchen, entrance hall, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, there is a closed courtyard with afternoon and evening sun as well as a front garden with morning sun.

Bright and open with garden doors out to terraces. In the garden and on the terrace there is room for relaxing in the outdoor furniture, cooking on the grill, and playing on the grass. Lots of opportunities for excursions nearby and in Nordsjaelland. Favorites are cinema trip and ice cream at the harbor in Gilleleje, cafe visits to The Little Cafe and shopping in Tisvilde.

Located close to public transport with 45 minutes to Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Hillerød. As well as forests and beautiful nature within walking distance. No smoking inside.

Bakery & fish store 5 min walk from the house. Very cute town Tisvildeleje 20 min bicycle ride away. Built in annex with own entrance and toilet. The house is perfect for 2 families/2 generations. Five grownup bicycles available for guests. Please note no smoking inside or on the property. No parties.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.
