Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Es verbindet alte Sandsteinmauern mit urbanem Lifestyle. In direkter Laufumgebung befindet sich die Innenstadt mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Top Restaurants und Cafés. In ca. 25 Minuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum von Nürnberg, den Flughafen oder die Messe Nürnberg. Auch das Wanderparadies der fränkischen Schweiz ist nicht weit entfernt.

Unsere Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen: Nur 300 Meter trennen Sie vom Ganzjahresbad, und die Innenstadt erreichen Sie nach nur 1 Kilometer. Genießen Sie den großen Garten zur Alleinnutzung. Das Ferienhäuschen, am Dorfweiher gelegen, wurde 2017 liebevoll nach ökol. Gesichtspunkten renoviert. Der große sonnendurchflutete Wohn- Essbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und die große Terrasse laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Die Fränkische Schweiz bietet zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege führen z.B. direkt am Haus vorbei.

Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.
