Klein aber fein mit einem 50m2 großen Garten, wo du auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen kannst. Das neu renovierte Appartement besticht durch sein klares Design und seine Gemütlichkeit. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kannst du durch ein großes Panoramafenster ins Grüne blicken.

In our penthouse, newly built in 2022, modern and built in ecological style, you will certainly feel comfortable. The Slow Trails are family hiking trails through which you can experience the typologies of the Carinthian lakes. Furthermore, there are countless other excursion destinations for young and old, summer and winter sports enthusiasts…….. Sportberg Gerlitzen Alpe is just a 14-minute drive from the property.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂

The brand new cottage is located in a peaceful area, 10 min walk from the lake Bled (swimming area). It has been made with natural materials such as wood and clay which makes it a comfortable and a healthy stay. There are free scotters available for you to use. Parking is free in front of the house.
