An excellent host and a serene tranquil stay

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

I was with five friends at the end of June in Sonja and Neno's Villa Nera. I can only report absolutely positively about the place and the hosts. In my opinion, the place was even nicer than it looks in the photos. The hosts Sonja and Neno are always available, helpful and very friendly. The view you have in the villa is unique. If you rent a rental car you can also reach everything in Budva within 10-15 minutes. Even if you take a taxi to the city, you don't pay the world. We were all very satisfied and agree that we want to come back next year. Kind regards Luca

Very private location. Quiet and very green area

Very nice hosts and apartment! Only a short walk from the beach and promenade and literaly two steps to the supermarket. The apartment was very clean and is nicely furnished. There are no shutter or mosquito nets so it gets a little warm in the afternoon but the air conditioning is quite effective.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

Pros: - Beautiful new villa, sparkling clean both inside and outside - It has everything you need: bedding, appliance, clean towels, etc - Host was a really good man, super helpful, helped us to set up a day tour to the lake. - Corner shop pretty close to the location, less than a minute walk Cons: - Location kinda sucks, it takes around 25 mins uphill to get home from the beach, which is extra changing when it's +35°C. - Poorly developed area, if you are looking for a nice restaurant or delivery - forget about it. - Terrace with pool is not super private. Generally speaking, both host and villa are amazing, just don't expect much from the location itself.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

We had a lovely week in Montenegro. The house is well equipped with everything you need. There are even pool towels and bathrobes. The kitchen is quite small, there are only two cooktops but is otherwise well equipped. Overall, the cleanliness was fine. The location is very quiet and secluded, there is a large terrace and a great pool. Sladjana gives great tips and the boat tour with her was well worth it! It takes about 30 minutes to get to the nearest beach, generally a car is needed for activities, etc. Shopping is available in the village.

Matija was a great great host and a good friend of us now. Always responsive by the minute, thinking everything for us ahead of time. He even picked us up from the airport as a friendly gesture, took us to shopping, found us taxis and did many more favors i might have missed. Thanks for being so friendly, flexible and helpfull the whole time!

Great house worth the price. Positives : -Quiet neighborhood -close to three different beaches (few minutes by car) - close to Kotor (about 30 min by car) and Budva (about 20 min by car) -great views -clean , spacious and nicely decorated home - Fully furnished (including washer and dryer, coffee maker - for small capsules , etc.) -separate field kitchen with extra giant fridge and TV where you can, for example, watch movies from sun loungers in the pool ( e.g. Netflix) or listen to music from the Spotyf - a pool with a depth of about 0.7 m to about 2.0 m and about 7.0 m long, which is serviced at least 1 time per week - near (about 8 minutes by car ) the wonderful restaurant Konoba Stara Kuca run by your father and daughter only from fresh products - if you want to eat something you need to make a reservation . -very good communication with the host Highly recommend.

Really lovely place in very quiet surroundings, lovely pool area, beautiful views of mountains and the sea. Milijana was a very welcoming host who met us at the house with all kinds of refreshments, and was very helpful. Only negative was that it was a bit difficult to communicate with the family on Airbnb would definitely recommend the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our favourite part was the privite jetty/beach looking out across the sea. Zade provided paddle boards and kayaks and we all enjoyed exploring around a near-by island. Zade was a great host and was always on hand if we needed to ask any questions. We hired cars which was very useful to get to local supermarkets and places of interest.

Fantastic location overlooking the entire bay, beautiful sunsets, magnificent pool, 2 great restaurants within walking distance. Small shopping on foot at the gas station, but you should have a car, as it is rather remote
