In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Apartment Regulus (46 m3) is situated in new building with swimming pool on top ( 1st may - 30th sep depending on the weather conditions ). The beach is 200m away. It has sea and mountain view. Parking is available at the place and it free of charge. Quests will enjoy in quiet and little touristic place.
