Brand penthouse with sea views in a quiet urbanization. It is ideal to relax and enjoy the holidays. The house has two bedrooms, one with double bed and another with twin beds. It also has two bathrooms, one shower and one with bath - tub. The lounge is spacious and the kitchen is furnished. There is a terrace with wonderful sea views. The complex has two swimming pools and jacuzzi. (Opens from June to September, another dates there aren´t lifeguard, it is your responsibility to use) The beach access is from the development. A five minute walk to the promenade of Torrox. One can fine in this area a lot Restaurants, Supermarket, Fish house, Laundry, Bakery shop, Rent a car... It is very near Marina, Waterpark and Baviera Golf. Nerja is near; 7 km and Frigiliana 16 km. It is possible to take the bus ( Bus stop is near, 100 metres ). It has a garage. For more than 4 people ask us. Wifi (unlimited) and ethernet included. We can pick you from Málaga airport or Málaga train station. Check in: before 20:00 hours. Encantador cortijo restaurado con todo el sabor de la zona donde podrá disfrutar de la piscina, del jacuzzi de agua caliente (bajo pago), césped, columpio, la barbacoa, mobiliario de terraza, lavadora, recinto vallado y totalmente privado. En el interior de la casa encontrara 3 dormitorios de matrimonio, 1 baño, salón-cocina con TV, chimenea con horno incorporado por lo que podrá cocinar al mismo tiempo que calienta, vitro, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafetera y demás utensilios.

Our Casa Alegria is a Andalucian style villa that we fell love in from the first look. Located in Almunecar at Costa Tropical, it has a spectacular view on the sea, mountains and nearby towns. It is unbelievable to stay in the evening in a hot jacuzzi and admire the magnificent mountains falling into the sea. If you are looking for a place which is sunny all year around.
