It's perfect for two, and with the guest bed, there's room for one more person. There are horses on the farm that can be seen from the house. Enjoyed it here with the whole family, no traffic past the house. If you need accommodation for more than three people, it is possible to rent an additional studio. Possibilities to rent a stable for horses if needed. Proximity to E6 (3.6 km), Verdalsøra (3.9 km) and Stiklestad

Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Modern bathroom with shower and WC. Boat can also be rented by appointment.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
